Service Level 2 - Medical Record Retrieval
This service is to help you locate medical records which may be crucial to your risk assessment and to your success in obtaining insurance coverage for genetic testing. You may already have requested records from the involved physician, hospital or laboratory, with no success. You may choose to have us search, whether you have tried before or not. We are extremely successful in locating medical records and obtaining them quickly, however we cannot guarantee that we can obtain all records. Records will be forwarded to client and to Genetic Counseling Services as indicated. 29.00 to 49.00 This service is not covered by insurance.
